3 Ways To Stay Healthy This Holiday Season

The holidays can definitely be a time where we tend to overindulge and under exercise.  I mean honestly who wants to be passing up all those holiday treats to go for a run in the bitter cold.  Making a few small conscious efforts can really make a big change in how you feel this holiday season and how you feel starting 2020.

  1. Stay hydrated.  Since the holidays tend to mean lots of get-togethers and travel it’s easy to forget to make drinking your daily water a priority.  An easy way to keep your water consumption top of mind is to carry a refillable water bottle with you at all times. 2.
